With our headquarters in Rome and strategically located offices and warehouses in both Civitavecchia and Genoa, we operate at the heart of Italy’s maritime and travel infrastructure.

Our Story

Founded by Bruno Brandi, Top Line was born from a passion for quality products and a commitment to excellence in service. The company got its start in the 1970s, supplying italian spirits and other local beverages to naval bases across Italy. This early experience in supplying regulated, high-demand environments naturally led to the duty-free business—and eventually to long-term partnerships with major cruise lines. From those early roots, Top Line has grown into a dynamic company with a team of 35 dedicated professionals, supplying some of the world’s leading cruise and duty-free operators with a carefully curated portfolio of wine, food, and beverages.

We specialize in the procurement, storage, and international distribution of fine wines, spirits, gourmet foods, and non-alcoholic beverages. Our extensive product portfolio is carefully curated to meet the diverse demands of onboard services and retail environments, with an emphasis on quality, compliance, and timely delivery.

Strategic Locations

Our Rome office houses our corporate headquarters, while the Civitavecchia office/warehouse is the central hub for commercial operations, client service, and strategic planning. This location supports our cruise supply operations next to Italy’s busiest passenger port. In addition, our Genoa warehouse extends our northern logistics capabilities and ensures smooth access to major Mediterranean routes.

Strategic Logistics & Support

With warehouses in Civitavecchia and Genoa, and our headquarters in Rome, Top Line is strategically positioned to serve cruise lines and duty-free retailers across Italy and Europe with speed, reliability, and precision.

European deliveries by truck, including temperature-controlled and ambient shipments

2–3 weekly departures to Northern Europe (Rotterdam, Amsterdam, Southampton) for delivery alongside ships or to customer logistics hubs

Daily departures to major Italian ports (Civitavecchia, Ravenna, Venice)

2–3 weekly departures to Barcelona and Piraeus for direct ship deliveries

An average of 700 pallets shipped per week
All goods are shipped on pallets with a complete and accurate packing list. Our in-house customs office manages the preparation and issuance of all necessary customs documentation for both domestic and international shipments.

Each delivery is supported by a full set of electronic documents—including invoices, packing lists, and customs papers—which can be sent in advance to our clients or their logistics hubs for seamless coordination.
